LEARN MORE Make your first meal from the WCK cookbook! We are still a few months away from the official release of Feeding Humanity, Feeding Hope—our first ever cookbook—on September 12. (You can preorder your copy here!) The cookbook gathers recipes from and is inspired by the many places our Relief Team has cooked following disasters and other crises worldwide. The recipe below for Creamy Curry Pasta comes from Chef Karla, who first joined WCK efforts following Hurricane María in 2017 and has since cooked in response to hurricanes, earthquakes, and the war in Ukraine. This recipe comes from Karla's time working with WCK in Haiti after an earthquake hit the country’s south in 2021. Learn more about the cookbook here.   WCK is running the 2023 New York City Marathon! On November 5, WCK’s Meal Milers—a group of staff, partners, and volunteers—will participate in the 2023 TCS New York City Marathon. Together, they are running to highlight the work of the brave Food Fighters in Ukraine who show up every day to support communities impacted by Russia's invasion. We’ll share more details about how to support and follow the team in the coming weeks. In the meantime, meet the Meal Milers!
